Infections represent one of the greatest challenges that human beings continue to face in the 21st century. In the area of Infectious Diseases and Immune System, we work from a multidisciplinary perspective including clinical, basic and experimental research, with the commitment to generate knowledge about infections and the immune response in order to improve their diagnosis, treatment and prevention, and, consequently, the outcome of the patients who suffer from them.
