As a general rule

  • Both the analyses and the maintenance of the infrastrucure are restricted to the technician.
  • Los análisis solicitados, así como el mantenimiento de los equipos, quedas limitados. If you need to make use of the computational resources of the cluster, please conctact first the service.
  • In order to make a request of the service, please contact us: bioinformatica-ibis@us.es.
  • An in-depth description of the experiment is recommended, as well as the aim of the analysis.
  • The unit will send an email when analysis is finished.
  • Data will be stored in the respective folder of the service in the internal network of the IBiS, for researchers from the institute. For those from other organisations, please contact first.
